16K is still considered Experimental. The plans are for higher resolutions to be available in version 1.3, with the addition of Unlimited Resolutions.
For the time being, it is best to assume that 16K will bug out on you with most things. Looking at your graph though, the build pipeline failed at Sand. Since it failed at sand, it wasn't able to build the rest of the nodes.
I think it's safe to say that Sand is not compatible at 16K resolutions. Or at least is buggy.

I just did a test on my own comp and indeed Sand fails at 16K and works at 8K.
