Hi. Using Gaea Professional version I faced with a following issue.
I have my own heightmap in dds format. So sad that Gaea doesn't work with this format. 🙁
I took this dds heightmap and converted it to 16-bit png.
In Gaea I put my 16-bit png heighmap in a RAW range and connected it to an Output node using the same 16-bit png in order to getting the same heightmap, but I got a slightly lighter result which pushes my heighmap a little bit upward in my custom game editor.
I did this tests in order to understand that I have appropriate output build parameters and nothing shifts my heightmap values inside Gaea without using additional nodes.
Also I realized that my dds heightmap has HDR range and Substance Designer converted it into 16-bit png with HDR, but Gaea gives me 16-bit png without HDR after Output - maybe this is my problem?
Can someone help me in this case?
Which paratemeters I should use in Input and Output nodes to get the same heightmap?
