Hey again! So I just posted a similar question a little a few days ago about not being able to export my tiled map out of Gaea. I just purchased and downloaded the indie version and now I am able to export!
However, I am now having a lot trouble importing my tiled map into Unreal. I am able to export it just fine out of Gaea, but whenever I import it into Unreal it just stays as a flat plane. I've been reaching out to Unreal forums, but unfortunately, I haven't had much luck there.
I know that this is a Gaea forum, but does anyone who perhaps uses Gaea and Unreal know what the problem is here?
I've tried exporting the map in different formats (i.e. raw and png), I've tried exporting it out of Gaea in a different range, and I have made sure that World Partition is activated in Unreal. I know that the tiled files are exporting out of Gaea because I can see them in my folder, and whenever I tried exporting png instead of raw I can actually see in heightmap in the images. I'm pretty new to Unreal so I've been following this tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V54kqpy1Q-Q&t=3754s (57:00 is when he starts exporting from Gaea).
Down below are screenshots of my Gaea export settings, the settings I inputted to create my landscape, and an overall screenshot of the flat plane after importing.
